This was yet again a massive anthem in all clubs and raves in the UK and WORLDWIDE.
BACK2BASICS have got a real bonus treat in store for this release. On the flip side of the release copy is the "HORNS 4 95" remix.
These 2 mixes have never and will never appear on the same 12" again after this re-release.

Due to popular demand, Back2Basics are opening the vaults one more time to re-release some of there most sought after classics, most of which have
been unobtainable on the original label for over 12 years.
"The way (vip mix)" was originally released way back in 1994 on 1 sided vinyl only and was an instant anthem that got played by every dj on the circuit and in every club and rave world wide.
Ravers could not go out without hearing the unmistakable "are you ready for some blood clart jungle techno" and if that wasn't enough to drive the crowds wild, when the bass dropped with the beautiful tones of "it's the way" the raves erupted.
This classic re-press is packaged in new colour coded "BACK2BASICS
CLASSICS" label and sleeve designs, with each re-release having its own
different colour making the whole series highly collectable.

For over 13 years Back2Basics has been a prominent figure in the Drum and Bass scene.
Back2Basics releases have been constantly in the record boxes of the scenes greatest DJ's.
Now, on the labels 93rd release, and due to popular demand, Back2Basics are opening the vaults one more time to re-release some of their most sought after classics, most of which have been unobtainable for 12 years. There will be a heavy release schedule of one release per month over 6 months and building up to a CD mix for November 2006. Part of the re-released tracks is "Baby Tears" which is featured on the "Centrum" vitamins ad.
Dred Bass are known for the first release and massive hit "Dead Dred" which to date as sold over 57,000 copies...who can forget the scene changing chants of "what the time you have there dread".
Along with a string of countless releases & huge studio commitments, he is now released from studio duties for a while & Dred Bass / JB is ready to take the world by storm.
So, now its time to get Back2Basics on the road & this will be the FIRST OFFICIAL WORLDWIDE TOUR to be organised for this prolific label, by Urban Agency.
