All orders placed with payment fully received are packaged and sent the same day
All orders submitted by 4:00pm will be sent the same day although we will try our very best to send out orders on the same day that are processed after 4:00pm
All other orders will be packaged and sent once payment has been received.
All UK orders are sent 1st class. For added security and piece of mind UK orders have the option to be sent '1st class recorded delivery'. All recorded delivery packages require a Signature on delivery.
You can easily use Track and Trace on the www.royalmail.com to confirm delivery of your 'recorded delivery' item, or contact us.
How much does postage cost?
All deliveries are charged at the same postal rate we are charged by Royal mail. We do not charge any extra on top of the Royal mail charges.
Your postage and packaging charges are calculated accurately in the checkout stage of your order before any payment is taken.
Do you deliver overseas?
Yes we do. When creating your account or making an order, just select your country and all the postage and packaging costs will be calculated automatically for you.
How long will my delivery take?
Once your order has been processed and full payment has been received and your goods collected.
Deliveries should take:
UK: Aim to deliver the next working day
Europe: 3-4 working days
USA / Canada / Rest of the world: 5-6 working days
Due to customs and postal delays beyond our control, please allow up to 28 days for delivery before contacting us for lost packages.
If the item was damaged in transit.
If you take delivery of a Back 2 basics Recordings package and the contents have been damaged in transit, you can return the item(s) to us within 30 days of receipt for exchange. When your return is processed, Back 2 basics Recordings will then send you out a replacement item(s) at no extra cost to you.
If the item is defective.
You have the right to return a faulty item within 30 days of receipt. Please return the goods with the invoice / receipt to Back 2 basics Recordings. When your return is processed, Back 2 basics Recordings will then send you out a replacement item(s) at no extra cost to you.
If we sent you an item you did not order (an "incorrect" item).
As soon as you find out we've sent you an incorrect item, contact Back 2 basics Recordings. Send the incorrect item back to us using similar secure packaging. When your return is processed, Back 2 basics Recordings will then send you out the correct item(s) at no extra cost to you.
If a refund is required, you can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within three weeks of our receiving your return.
All returns must be accompanied by original invoice / receipt and a written explanation on why you are returning the goods.
